Sarah Hewson joins TalkTV as Royal Editor
TalkTV broadcasts 24/7 on Sky Channel 526, Virgin Media Channel 627, Freeview Channel 237 and Freesat Channel 217, in addition as via connected TV sets and smart devices
One of television’s most respected broadcasters, Sarah Hewson, is joining TalkTV as Royal Editor.
Sarah’s dominant role will be as a regular commentator on stories about the Royal family on the stop’s flagship evening news and current affairs programme, The News Desk with Tom Newton Dunn.

Sarah is a journalist and broadcaster with more than 20 years’ experience anchoring some of the biggest national and international news stories. With a background as a Royal Correspondent, she anchored Sky’s coverage of two royal weddings, royal births, the Diamond Jubilee and the funeral of the Duke Of Edinburgh last year.
Sarah has spent most of her career at Sky News where she presented every programme from Breakfast by to the flagship News At Ten and hosted her own weekly programme Sky News with Sarah Hewson. Sarah has interviewed the last five UK chief ministers, six senior members of the royal family and high-profile figures from the worlds of business, sport and entertainment.

TalkTV went live for the first time on Monday 25 April on linear TV platforms Sky, Virgin Media, Freeview and Freesat. TalkTV is also streamed via Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung TV Plus and on YouTube, in addition as via the Talk.TV website and TalkTV iOS and Android apps.
