New ‘food lab’ and wine bar to open in Cambridge’s former Don Pasquale…

Cambridge will soon welcome a swish new venue boasting its own wine bar and food lab. The swanky new five-floor formation will fill the void left by the city’s beloved Don Pasquale restaurant.

Market House, will open its doors in Cambridge’s historic Market Square next month (May). Spread over five floors, the venue will characterize an all-day café, a formal restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, an evening Wine Bar, a Food Lab and flexible meeting spaces.

The menu will characterize modern British dishes alongside Asian-influenced plates. In the wine-bar there will be crafted wines, gins, beers, locally-roasted coffee and a different list of teas will be on offer.
