Gabon vs Comoros LIVE: Stream, score, TV channel, team news as Aubamey…

GABON and Comoros clash tonight as the AFCON group stage rolls on at speed.

But Gabon talisman and Arsenal ex-captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be playing no part this evening.

Aubameyang tested positive for Covid on arrival in Cameroon.

The news came just days after the Gabon forward was spotted partying with team-mates in Dubai.

Videos posted online revealed Aubameyang, 32, on a night out with Mario Lemina, 28, who has also tested positive for coronavirus.

  • Half-time – Gabon 1-0 Comoros

As we near the resumption, let’s remind ourselves how that first-half went down.

The Comoros started well on their Afcon debut, before being hit on the counter-attack.

Forward Aaron Boupendza gave Gabon a 16th minute rule with a stonking finish against the run of play.

The Comoros huffed and puffed for the rest of the half, but couldn’t quite create a concrete opening.

But it’s all to play for as we get going again for the second-half.
